Grandview Crossing
Grandview Crossing is an energy and social hub for the community and features no shortage of opportunities for connection, gathering and fun. Our team helped support this community in 5 spaces across the development last year. This development is such a wonderful representation of the Thrive commitment to connecting and living in your space and creating continuity. The Little Grand
This food hall has something for everyone. From a bar (indoor and outdoor), multiple food vendors, nightly community events, outdoor space, markets and more. The Little Grand is where community happens. Our team built a wide range of furniture for each of the unique spaces. On the patio you will find both high top tables and larger community tables with custom succulent planters integrated within. Indoors there are a range of dining tables, benches and coffee tables throughout the space. Take a look, our favorite pieces are the handful of tables with fun, bright and positive words of affirmation!
Featuring a range of table materials; including solid surface and wood. We built bar tables, dining tables, coffee tables and display tables.
A first for us, these tables feature custom color trays integrated into the table top that have miniature succulent gardens planted in them. These tables are sprinkled throughout the food hall.
The Leasing Office
The moment you sign your lease at Grandview Crossing you’re standing at one of our community tables in the leasing office. It’s the beginning of the continuity you will feel living here. Oversized tables with integrated power are the central feature in the leasing office.
A pair of solid ash tables are the centerpiece of the leasing office.
Bada Bean Bada Booze
From morning to night, this cafe serves coffee in the morning and craft cocktails in the evening. Our team was proud to support Bada Bean Bada Booze with tables and a wrap around coffee bar and customer counter. All built from walnut, it creates a rich and cozy atmosphere. The moody vibes and use of walnut create a cozy space to start your day with a cup of coffee or a place to wind down at the end of the day with a cocktail.

Frascati Market
We have a history with the owner of Frascati Market. Years ago we built custom cabinetry for their home kitchen and entertaining space, you can take a tour. As they embarked on opening this Italian market rooted in their deep connection to Abruzzo. It's the perfect place to pick up provisions for dinner and my favorite is picking up an assortment of specialty items as a hostess or house warming gift.
Simple and clean display shelves made from a combination of wood and steel allow the items to be accessible and prominent.
Main Staircase
The actual central vein of the community, this space connects spaces and people together. Located between Bada and The Little Grand, it’s a grand staircase.
Multi Family Amenity Spaces
We have a long history of supporting multi family amenity spaces with furniture, installations, receptions desks, co working furniture, outdoor furniture and more. The idea of our pieces being the gathering space for community building is why we love doing what we do! The newest community from Thrive is fun, we love being included in these communities.
4th + 5th
One of the newest communities to their portfolio, the 4th & 5th community is nestled between Ohio State’s campus and downtown with exceptional views from their rooftop. Our team supported the amenity spaces with furniture for community building, like a custom ping pong table and a few community gathering tables in the public areas. One of the joys of living in a community like this is the ability to meet people and have fun when you are still at home. We think this is the perfect place to call home.

Quarry Trails
With places to fish, miles of walking and biking paths, playgrounds, waterfalls and more, Quarry Trails is a magical community. Located inside a city metro park over 220 acres and paired with retail, office, spas, restaurants and more, it is a true oasis. Our team has been involved with work here for years and continues to deliver items as new homes are sold and businesses continue to open in the community.

Just opening a few weeks ago, there are sweeping views of the Metro Park and the greater development. Integrated perfectly into the landscape, full of natural materials like the walnut tables by our team.

We built more leasing office tables and private office furniture throughout the offices in Quarry Trails. Featuring waterfall tables, private office desks and closed storage. The views make for the perfect backdrop for more tables and furniture from our team to blend into the landscape. Solid ash desk and tables offer a light and bright backdrop to people joining the vibrant and beautiful community.
