Wood Product Disclaimer

The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material. In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, lustre or appearance of finishes of any product. All of our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another.

Damages

We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our facility for any imperfections or damage. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hrs regarding any issues. Edgework Creative is not liable for damage incurred during shipping and delivery, but we may be able to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns of any item. We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted items. All discounted and custom orders are final sale.

Exchange Policy

We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our facility for any imperfections, defects or damage. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hrs regarding any issues. Edgework Creative is not responsible for damage incurred during transit or delivery.

We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds for items deemed defective. To process an exchange or a refund for a defective item, please send us an email at info@edgeworkcreative.co with your name, order number and a description or photo of the defect or damage.
