Wood Product Disclaimer
The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material. In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, lustre or appearance of finishes of any product. All of our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another.
We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our facility for any imperfections or damage. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hrs regarding any issues. Edgework Creative is not liable for damage incurred during shipping and delivery, but we may be able to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery in original and unused condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We require your order number and proof of purchase for the return of any items.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable.
If the 5 day return period has lapsed, unfortunately we are unable to process your return for a refund. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on discounted items or custom orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted items. All discounted and custom orders are final sale.

We can only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To process an exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com with your name, order number and a description or photo of the defect or damage.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item at our warehouse. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 days of receiving the item(s).
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow 5-10 business days for your account to be credited and for your refund to be posted. Please check with your bank prior to contacting us about the status of your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item in original condition. In the event that we receive a returned item and it is defective or damaged, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your refund amount. Edgework Creative is not liable if your return shipment is lost or stolen before it reaches our facility auto and we will be unable to issue a refund.
