REQUEST A QUOTE
Please take a few minutes to complete a quote request form. You'll be able to provide details about your project, dimensions and example images for reference.
WE'LL REACH OUT
Once we receive your quote request, we will reach out to you within 24 hrs to ask any questions or to schedule a preliminary consultation. This can take place during an in-person meeting, on a phone call or over email.
RECEIVE YOUR ESTIMATE
We work with you to design your piece, make material selections and choose a finish. You can rely on us every step of the way. Once we go over all of the details, we will send over your estimate. Each estimate is good for the a 30 day period. If this estimate should expire, we will work with you to re-quote your project.
DEPOSIT & AGREEMENT
Once you are ready to move forward with your project, we will collect 50% of the project estimate as a deposit along with a signed customer agreement prior to beginning production. We accept check, cash or credit through our online invoicing system, or in person.
We will work with you to confirm and finalize all of your project details. Each project is afforded 2 rounds of review and revisions to the design rendering (renderings are not provided for shelving projects). Once we have received your final approval on the design, your project will then move into our production schedule.
FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY
As your project nears completion, we will send your final invoice and schedule your pickup/delivery date and time. We must collect the remaining final payment before or during your project pickup/delivery date.
Our custom project minimum is $1,000.
Our lead time is 4-6 weeks from receiving initial payment and a signed customer agreement. We pride ourselves in having realistic and transparent timelines and keep our clients informed of longer lead times before booking a project.
We offer a 1 year limited warranty that begins on the day of project delivery/installation.Read Our Warranty
We accept check, cash and all major credit cards.
For projects that have upholstery components, we work closely with our upholstery partners at Fortner Fine Living. We have a great relationship with their team and they have a long history of doing exceptional upholstery work.
Unfortunately we do not offer repair or refinishing services. If it is an antique or period piece, we recommend seeking out a professional refinisher on Yelp..
We primarily work with Ash, Oak and Walnut in new lumber, live-edge slabs and reclaimed wood. If you have a particular wood species in mind, please let us know!
We are unable to accept customer provided materials for our projects. We would be happy to work with you to create your piece from our selection of quality wood and metal material. If you're looking for a live-edge table or furniture piece, you may hand select a live-edge slab from our extensive inventory.
