INSTALL ASSISTANT
Edgework Creative is seeking a motivated and adaptable Install Assistant to support our installation and delivery operations. This role works closely with the Quality Assurance Lead to ensure all installs and deliveries meet EWC standards.
This is a full-time position with strong growth potential. Our goal is to develop this role into a full-time Installer responsible for executing all self-performed field work.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Quality Assurance Lead with on-site installations and deliveries

Prepare and stage materials, tools, and components for installs

Support incoming and outgoing shipments

Assist with large team builds and shop projects

Collaborate with team members to improve coordination and processes

Learn and support multiple areas of fabrication (wood, metal, finishing, installation)

Communicate regularly with team leaders, production manager, and sales team

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications & Expectations

General shop or construction experience preferred

Familiarity with tools, machinery, and basic fabrication processes

Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

Basic math skills (with willingness to improve)
