Project Manager

Edgework Creative is seeking an invested leader to join our team. This position plays a vital role in the business and works directly with business owners, our team and our clients and partners. We are seeking someone with an upbeat energy and articulate nature with an attention to detail. As the company continues to grow, this position will evolve. Like all small businesses, our team wears many hats and needs to be flexible and solution oriented.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relations and serve as a main point of contact from the close of the sale to the completion of the project

  • Communicate with operations

  • Manage details, changes and material requirements for projects working within budget

  • Work with the production team on any project details, changes and site requirements including changes to drawing documents

  • Facilitates resolution, mitigation and appropriate escalation of action items, scope changes and issues

  • Collaborate and partner across multiple teams - including external vendors, clients, design professionals, contractors, and our internal team

  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex projects from beginning to end

  • Attention to detail and a knack for process improvement

  • Knowledge of construction (both timelines + site operations)

  • Embrace change and work effectively in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  • Work with a strong sense of initiative and urgency, remaining focused on the priorities and company goals

  • Present new ideas and ways of doing things

  • Be open to direct feedback

  • Can you Juggle?

Bonus Skills:

  • Ability and experience onsite, assist in the shop
  • Experience in Fusion360, Sketchup, Layout and SmartSheet
