We are excited to launch four new items to our standard line assortment. Introducing two new table designs (1 round + 1 rectangular) and two seating collections (1 chair + 1 stool collection). Designed in-house by Justin Brown + Adam Jax and built by our team with love and careful attention to detail.
Meet the newest additions to our furniture with feeling collection! They join our ever expanding assortment of semi-custom furniture available on our website.
The Principal Chair
Unlike childhood, sitting in the Principal chair will be a delight. Inspired by a classic school chair, the Principal chair features subtle curving in the back support, seat and framing.
Available in Oak, Ash, Walnut + Maple on a Black or White metal frame. Customize your own online.
"This chair is the highlight of the release for me," Justin shares. "I created several iterations of a jig to get the curved back just right."
The Elemnt Table
The Elemnt dining table features all round edges-- round steel tube legs and a round top with a bullnose edge. It's an unfussy and simple dining table, perfect for everyday life, small gatherings and memory making.
Available in Oak, Ash, Walnut + Maple on a Black or White metal frame. Customize your own online.
Adam shares that "this table was an exercise in simplicity. We wanted soft features that are easy on the eye and to the touch. A table this clean and natural could easily belong in any space."
The STAX Stool Collection
Meet the STAX stool collection. Designed to be stacking, it is a space saver and workhorse. A simple plywood birch seat with a small cut out makes this easy to move around and stack. Unfussy and simple; you're going to love sitting here.
Available in dining height, counter height and bar height. Use it as an end table or nightstand too- we love seeing all the ways you use this piece.
"This stool is derived from pure utility. Light and sturdy in both material and design, its stacking feature is just extra credit," Adam said.
The Truss Table
The Truss Dining Table is all about the base. Inspired by the support and architecture of a bridge. This table is a statement piece. The tabletop features a bread board top, simple and clean to let the base be the focus.
Available in Oak, Ash, Walnut + Maple on a Black or White metal frame. Customize your own online.
"This table takes an architectural approach to the design, encouraging users to appreciate the space below the table, not just the surface of the table top," Justin shares.

Meet Justin + Adam
Justin + Adam have a passion for design and fabrication. Every piece is designed and built by our team dedicated to their craft. While both are well rounded, Justin focuses in wood fabrication and Adam focuses on metal fabrication. "If you look close enough, you can be inspired by just about anything," Justin shares.
"Our design puzzle starts with one known piece and we build the rest from there," Adam shares. "Whether it be a bullnose round over, like on the Elemnt table or a slight 'kink' in steel tubing, as seen in the back support of the Principal chair." They use the constraints or features as the building blocks for the design and build process.
Justin starts with "what problem am I trying to solve? With furniture, form always follows function and function drives the aesthetic."
"Design is problem solving and I love puzzles and critical thinking," Justin said. It's a joy to share this work with the world and we look forward to hearing what you think of this collection and seeing the pieces in your spaces.
