Over the years we've built a lot of office furniture- ranging from a reception desk to storage in the kitchen. Workplace design has evolved quickly over the past decade with the office now seen by many companies as an important strategic asset and are they are investing in having both a beautiful and productive office environment. Research shows that if your employees are comfortable when working in the office they are more likely to work more efficiently and productively. Here are some of the spaces we've helped design and build.
Technology matters. This conference table has electrical components and outlets around the apron of the table and access through the middle of the table for additional technology components under the table.
The Conference Table
In an age of remote workers and technology, sometimes it's just better to meet face to face- people still value connecting with others in the office. Sharing big ideas, brainstorming and collaboration happen at the conference table. Updates to the standard conference table include electrical components and modifications for technology. Conference tables for 6 or 24, we love building them and helping create an environment for collaboration and problem solving.
We build tables of all sizes and offer 28 standard wood finish options and 6 standard metal powder coating options.
Reception Desks
Likely the first impression someone has when visiting your office is the reception desk. This is a great opportunity for branding and design, but don't overlook the need for ample storage and a place to tuck away papers, deliveries, cords, etc. We've built a wide range of reception desks that help set the tone for your company and provide ample storage.
Shelving
Whether for looks or practical use- shelving storage is an important part of your office design. Why does it seem like there is never enough storage? We've built shelving from wood and from metal (or a mixture of both). We like the unexpected uses of these shelving projects we completed in 2019 for offices near and far.
Breakroom/Lunch room
Office kitchens and break rooms are becoming not only a place of rest and gathering but an extension of the office space. A place for connecting, refueling and often a flexible work space. Our clients created some beautiful spaces for their teams and we are proud to have been a part of building these pieces. Our work spans from contemporary, bold, modern and rustic.
Flexible Work Spaces
Break out spaces offer a change of scenery, where casual or spontaneous meetings can occur. They also encourage internal communication and build team spirit- acting as a bridge to otherwise unrelated departments. These areas can enhance creativity and improve productivity.
The HIVE tables are created for connectedness, pairing modular flexibility and modern design. Clean lines and ergonomic proportions make them the perfect solution for event and co-working spaces. HIVE provides a seemingly endless amount of configurations, and are well suited in sets of 3.
